HOW TO MANAGE YOUR WEIGHT    

First, know your body mass index (BMI). This is a number that is calculated from a person's weight and height. It provides a reliable indicator of the percentage of your body weight due to fat.

              

 BMI NUMBER INTERPRETATION

  •     Below 18.5  is underweight
  •     18.5  to 24.9  is normal
  •     25.0  to 29.0  overweight
  •     30.0 and Above  is obese

               

               CALCULATE YOUR BMI !

1. Measure your height in feet and inches and you weight in pounds.  

2. Go to this location. Click on Adult BMI or Children and Teen BMI if you are calculating a child's BMI. 

3.Write your measurements in the appropriate boxes and click calculate.
